The 45-hour course must be completed during the first licensing period of a Florida real estate sales associate. YOU MUST HOLD A FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE (ACTIVE OR INACTIVE) TO TAKE THIS COURSE.

Agents will have 180 days to complete this course.

This course was approved by the state based on the curriculum and TIME.

The learning platform tracks each agent's process to include how much time spent on videos. To meet the state requirement and for the agent to receive full credit, they must watch every video in its entirety. Failure to do so, those videos and associated quizzes will be reset for the agent to watch.
