This is the FIRST course required to get an Alabama real estate license.

This course was approved by the state based on the curriculum and TIME.
The learning platform tracks each learner's process to include how much time is spent on videos. To meet the state requirement for time and for the learner to receive full credit, they must watch every video in its entirety. Failure to do so, those videos will be reset and no credit will be given until every video is completed.

Students who have not logged into their course for 6 months will be placed in an inactive status. To resume the course, those who are inactive will need to contact their instructor to be placed back into active status.
